Our water sources are our most important assets as a water company. Without a reliable source, high-quality drinking water is impossible.
Circular
As a water company we are at the centre of society. We intensively work together with clients, shareholders and stakeholders on our core task.
Integral Asset Management
We make choices for our drinking water infrastructure, not just for the next few years, but for decades and even a century. However, in present times we must be able to respond more quickly to developments, without losing our reliability.
Hydroinformatics
Digitalisation of society creates plenty of possibilities. Technology and data (modelling) make it possible to monitor and control processes and infrastructure from the source to the tap (and the environment around it).
Distribution
Drinking water infrastructure is capital intensive and has a long technical lifetime. Its design requires insight into future developments, such as urbanisation, client behaviour, water consumption and climate change.
Safe and Healthy Drinking Water
The quality of the drinking water we provide has our highest priority. Clients must be able to rely blindly on the safety and quality of our drinking water. Within the theme Safe and healthy drinking water, our main concern is integral control of the quality from source to client.

Providing top-quality drinking water for our clients at any time of the day. That is what we aim for. Adequate treatment, both robust and flexible, is a crucial part of that.
Client
We provide high-quality drinking water to 5.6 million clients every day. It is of crucial importance that our clients are satisfied with the product, that they are able to take care of water-related matters effortlessly, and that we offer them adequate service.
