‘Without client no innovation’
I am convinced that without the client we could not implement innovation in our service processes. The client determines what works, and his actions indicate where we must innovate. For that reason I am going to involve the client in future innovations. Within the framework of ‘Convenience for the client’ innovation will entail elimination as well. How to realise an optimal service process by asking for even less effort by de client, that is my challenge for the theme ‘Client’.

We provide high-quality drinking water to 5.6 million clients every day. It is crucial that these clients are satisfied with the product, that they are able to take care of water-related matters effortlessly, and that we offer them adequate service.
